The Site Coordinator Leader is responsible for overseeing Teacher Candidates, enhancing their instructional competency, teaching courses, and participating in institutional services at Tarleton State University.

Provide operational support for university ticketing and box office functions: manage event setup, ticket sales and inventory, customer service, event-day operations, cash reconciliation, reporting, and supervise student ticketing staff to ensure smooth patron experience.

Coordinate and manage partnerships between Tarleton State and local school districts. Supervise teacher candidates in clinical placements, communicate with instructors and district staff, analyze performance data, run cooperating teacher trainings, facilitate governance meetings, recruit candidates, and participate in coordinator training and professional development.

Perform advanced HR administrative functions supporting faculty employment and academic staffing. Coordinate and process Workday/HRIS actions, develop and audit staffing processes and faculty records, investigate payroll/staffing issues, prepare reports and communications, advise managers on compliance and staffing, and assist with policy/procedure development and training.
