Serve as a trusted People and HR advisor for resort employees and leaders. Manage day-to-day HR queries, employee relations cases, absence and performance matters, engagement initiatives, exit interviews, organizational charts, contract changes, and HR metrics. Partner with Recruitment, Learning and Development, Internal Communications, Payroll, Reward, ER specialists, and lawyers to deliver people plans and coach leaders across the business.

Forecast, analyze, report, and roster resort teams to ensure appropriate staffing at the right time and place. Manage short- and long-term workforce planning, roster compliance, KPI delivery, budget alignment, headcount planning, and productivity analysis. Implement consistent ways of working in the SAM and Workforce systems, identify risks and improvement opportunities, maximize available hours, and collaborate with leaders across departments to support business needs.

Manage end-to-end recruitment for high-volume and specialist roles at a resort, including advertising, candidate screening, sourcing, interviews, offers, stakeholder guidance, and candidate communications. The role also supports employer branding, recruitment events, talent pipelines, careers content, recruitment tools, and continuous process improvement.

The Supervisor Plus will oversee team operations, ensure compliance and standards, coach staff, manage guest experiences, and drive sales. This role is versatile across various departments, focusing on operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

Partner with resort leaders to deliver day-to-day HR support, manage employee relations cases, coach leaders, run engagement and exit interview programmes, maintain org charts and e-files, and coordinate with Recruitment, L&D, Payroll & Reward to execute an action-based People Plan.

The Stage Manager oversees technical entertainment delivery, coordinates stage teams, supports artists, and maintains technical equipment for shows and events.
