Coordinates administrative activities for equipment sales and rentals. Manages customer requests, orders, deliveries, rental contracts, insurance, pricing, invoicing, credits, purchase orders, leads, and inventory transfers. Coordinates loaner equipment reimbursement and asset prioritization with sales, service, parts, vendors, and customers. Supports customer calls, retail customer experience activities, equipment demonstrations, and walk-in visits while maintaining accurate processes and safety standards.
