Essential Functions
- Develop and execute annual marketing plans, promotional strategies, and campaign calendars that support assigned business units and organizational objectives.
- Partner with business leaders, sales teams, and subject matter experts to identify marketing opportunities and develop integrated marketing campaigns.
- Manage multi-channel marketing initiatives across digital, social media, email, advertising, events, public relations, and traditional marketing channels.
- Develop marketing briefs and oversee the creation of advertising, promotional materials, digital assets, sales collateral, videos, photography, and other marketing content.
- Manage relationships with advertising agencies, creative partners, media vendors, printers, and other external suppliers to ensure quality deliverables, cost efficiency, and timely execution.
- Coordinate customer events, trade shows, sponsorships, product launches, and internal marketing initiatives while ensuring consistent brand representation.
- Develop and manage annual marketing budgets, monitor expenditures, maximize available co-op funding opportunities, and ensure responsible financial stewardship.
- Monitor campaign performance, website traffic, digital analytics, and key performance indicators to measure effectiveness and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Evaluate and utilize marketing technologies, automation platforms, analytics tools, and AI-enabled solutions to improve marketing efficiency, enhance customer engagement, optimize campaign performance, and support data-driven decision making.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure marketing initiatives align with overall business strategy and customer experience objectives.
- Support photo and video production, content development, and brand storytelling efforts that strengthen customer engagement.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Strong knowledge of integrated B2B marketing strategy, branding, campaign planning, demand generation, and customer engagement.
- Working knowledge of digital marketing, social media, content marketing, SEO/SEM, email marketing, marketing automation, and emerging marketing technologies.
- Experience developing and executing strategic marketing plans while managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of marketing analytics, campaign measurement, website performance metrics, customer insights, and data-driven decision making.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to understand commercial objectives, identify marketing opportunities, and develop strategies that support sales growth and measurable business results.
- Familiarity with AI-powered marketing tools and technologies used for content development, campaign optimization, customer segmentation, workflow automation, reporting, and marketing productivity.
- Ability to evaluate and adopt emerging marketing technologies that improve business performance and customer experience.
- Ability to develop, manage, and monitor marketing budgets while maximizing return on investment.
- Excellent project management, organizational, and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
- Outstanding written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization.

- Technical aptitude and the ability to understand industrial, construction equipment, manufacturing, rental, or related B2B industries.
Requirements
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of eight (8) years of progressively responsible B2B marketing experience, including strategic planning, campaign management, digital marketing, budget management, and agency/vendor management.
- Experience utilizing modern marketing technologies, automation platforms, analytics tools, and AI-enabled marketing solutions is preferred.
- Experience within the construction equipment, heavy equipment, industrial, manufacturing, or related industries is preferred.

Travel:
- Travel up to 20% travel, to include overnight stays, required.
Work Environment/Physical Requirements:
- This job is generally performed in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones and photocopiers. This position involves extended periods in a stationary position; additionally, occasional movement inside the office to access office machinery, file cabinets, etc.
