Essential Functions
- Models, promotes, reinforces, and rewards the consistent use of HOLT’s Values Based Leadership (VBL) tools, models, and processes to ensure alignment with our Vision, Values, and Mission
- Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:
- Diesel and heavy equipment technician training
- Renewable energy installation and maintenance
- Truck service and repair
- Parts and logistics coordination
- Customer service and operations support
- Requires regular and punctual attendance
- Works safely at all times and adheres to all applicable safety policies; complies with all company policies, procedures, and standards
- Performs other duties as assigned
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Knowledge of computer software and hardware applications
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing
- Ability to read, write, and interpret information
- Ability to follow directions and guidelines
- Ability to receive coaching, mentoring, and feedback from Leadership
