Supports the Community Manager with resident relations, leasing activities, property inspections, office administration, maintenance coordination, rent collection, delinquency management, financial reporting, and community events. Handles resident inquiries, tours, applications, lease documentation, records, correspondence, and policy enforcement while helping maintain property standards and financial performance.

Support day-to-day operations of a 170-unit affordable housing property, ensuring Section 42 and Project-Based Section 8 compliance, overseeing rent collection, maintenance, leasing, resident relations, reporting, and supervising onsite staff.
