Deliver induction and onboarding training for FSEs and Sales Officers, coach team members, collaborate on workforce planning, and improve time to hire, cost per hire, offer-to-joining ratios, candidate experience, and hiring quality.

Lead Paytm’s QR business across a major region, owning revenue and P&L, merchant acquisition, QR deployment, activation, transaction growth, market expansion, and large-scale sales leadership.
