Role Overview:
The Recruiter Team Leader (MG02) will lead a team of recruiters responsible for hiring frontline sales employees (FSEs) and other roles. The individual will drive hiring targets, ensure quality hiring, and improve recruitment efficiency while maintaining compliance with company processes. Additionally, this role will be responsible for training delivery for FSEs/Sales Officers to ensure onboarding readiness and productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of recruiters to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly hiring targets
Drive end-to-end recruitment for FSE and other business-critical roles
Monitor team performance, productivity, and conversion ratios
Ensure adherence to recruitment processes, compliance, and documentation standards
Conduct regular reviews, coaching, and training sessions for team members and Sales Officers.
Deliver induction and onboarding training for FSEs/Sales Officers
Collaborate with business stakeholders (Sales Leaders, HR, etc.) for manpower planning
Track and improve key metrics such as TAT, cost per hire, and offer-to-join ratio
Ensure high-quality candidate experience and onboarding readiness
Onboard and manage recruitment vendor/agency relationships
Maintain and update recruitment trackers, dashboards, and reports
Key Requirements:
Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline
3–6 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 2 years in a team handling role
Experience in bulk hiring (preferably sales/frontline roles)
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Data-driven approach with strong analytical abilities
Proficiency in MS Excel and recruitment tools/ATS
