Provides administrative and logistical support to the Performance Center Manager and Program Management Office. Responsibilities include coordinating training activities, ordering and receiving supplies, maintaining property accountability, tracking training and certification records, and supporting contract requirements. Provide operational ownership and analytics for business development, capture, and proposal functions. Maintain BD intelligence workflows, repositories, partner databases, and compliance trackers. Support opportunity intake, contract vehicle intelligence, meeting/workflow management, and proposal/capture activities while producing concise, decision-ready summaries.

Lead growth strategy in government contracting by identifying and qualifying opportunities, building agency and partner relationships, driving capture and proposal efforts, maintaining pipeline, and collaborating with leadership to meet revenue and contract award goals.

Lead business development and capture activities for federal opportunities: identify leads, build capture plans, manage teaming, competitive intelligence, pricing, proposal strategy, and maintain an aggressive opportunity pipeline to drive revenue growth.
