Overview: Ready and Resilient Training Services provide instruction in the areas of resilience, positive psychology, and performance enhancement to U.S. Army and Department of Defense (DoD) personnel, their families and Department of the Army (DA) civilians at installations within the United States and Overseas. R2 TS Administrative Assistants assist the Program Managment Office (PMO), carrying out various administrative and logistical tasks.

Tasks & Responsibilities:

  • Supports the Performance Center Manager to accomplish all administrative, coordination, training, and logistics functions. 
  • Orders and receives supplies and performs property accountability tasks. 
  • Maintains local training and certification records for Master Resilience Trainer – Performance Experts (MRT-PE’s)
  • Performs other responsibilities as required and supports contract work performance requirements.

Required Skills, Education, Experience & Abilities:

  • Shall possess, at a minimum, an associate degree.
  • Experience working with the military as a military member, civilian, or contractor is desired.
  • Applicants must successfully undergo a National Agency Check with Inquiries (NACI) Tier 1 background investigation.
  • Good command of the English language which includes the ability to read, write, understand, and effectively communicate.
  • Organized and experienced multi-tasker.
  • Military Veterans and Spouses encouraged.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office products.
