Deliver a professional candidate and employee experience while managing multiple priorities and confidential information.

Leads transformer testing processes to meet customer specifications, IEEE standards, and international requirements. Reviews test requirements, develops electrical calculations and test setups, troubleshoots failures, analyzes results, and approves test reports. Provides technical guidance, trains personnel, supports test equipment maintenance, manages capital projects, and drives automation, safety, continuous improvement, and nonconformance reduction across testing operations.

Supports manufacturing engineers with production equipment and facility projects, process improvements, CAPEX analysis, audits, Kaizen initiatives, OEE reporting, standard work documentation, and fixture design. Collaborates with operations, quality, safety, and engineering teams to improve safety, quality, delivery, and cost performance. Assists shop-floor personnel with production challenges and develops practical manufacturing knowledge in a hands-on environment.

Supports industrial engineering and manufacturing teams through process analysis, time studies, data collection, workflow improvement, Lean initiatives, plant layout reviews, and operational reporting. The intern collaborates with engineering, production, quality, and supply chain teams on productivity, cost reduction, capacity planning, and process reliability projects in a heavy manufacturing environment.

Design control schemes, schematics, ladder drawings, panel layouts, wiring diagrams, and bills of materials for transformer cooling and monitoring systems. Review customer specifications, incorporate design revisions, support mechanical design, and troubleshoot electrical designs during manufacturing and testing. The role collaborates with engineering, manufacturing, sourcing, test, sales, customers, and vendors while researching control components and applying industry wiring standards.

The role primarily operates on a manufacturing shop floor and requires proficiency in PTC Creo and Microsoft Office.
