Drive new-product quality through APQP: define requirements, establish test/detection plans, verify process capability, support PV testing, run-at-rate and quality gate reviews. Investigate and resolve quality issues (including customer complaints) through 8D and statistical tools, train teams on standards, and maintain project quality records through SOP+6 months.

Lead program management for automotive glass new product launches (windshields, backlights, doors, quarter windows, sunroofs). Act as single point of contact with OEMs, manage cross-functional Iron Triangle team, maintain APQP/PPAP documentation, control program budgets and schedules, ensure on-time delivery, attend customer events, and support ERP order entry (PLEX). Travel up to 25% and support plant activities.
