Design, modify, and optimize digital electronics for industrial products; evaluate components, troubleshoot product issues, participate in design reviews, and support transition of hardware into high-volume production.

Work in a SCRUM team to implement calibration infrastructure in C#. Build and maintain a test framework, create automated tests, drive continuous software quality improvements, and provide guidance throughout the development process.

Design, operate, and improve the engineering toolchain across the software lifecycle. Integrate and automate tools (CI/CD, runners/agents, VCS, test environments) and collaborate with development teams to deliver scalable DevOps platform solutions, ensuring quality, traceability, compliance, and standardization.

Design and implement analog and digital electronic circuits (power-electronics experience a plus); verify hardware via lab and field tests including EMC; integrate electronics with firmware, software, and mechanics; oversee product lifecycle from concept and prototype to production and maintenance within an interdisciplinary R&D team.

Develop and execute channel and partner strategies to grow revenue via MSSPs, VARs and system integrators. Recruit, onboard, train, and enable partners for OT cybersecurity solutions; co-develop deals with sales, run product presentations and demos, implement partner KPIs, and collaborate on co-marketing initiatives to drive pipeline contribution.
