Operate, maintain, configure, and continuously improve the Oracle Fusion HCM platform and related HR systems. Manage roles, permissions, users, workflows, reporting, integrations, releases, and change management. Analyze and implement HR requirements, monitor interfaces and background processes, resolve system issues, maintain documentation, and coordinate with HR stakeholders, key users, external partners, and internal teams.

Your role
- Shared responsibility within the team for the operation, maintenance, and continuous development of our Oracle HCM platform, as well as related HR systems, integrations, and reporting solutions
- Responsibility for system configuration, roles and permissions, user management, workflows, and reporting, as well as integration into the OMICRON system landscape
- Analysis and implementation of HR requirements, independently or in collaboration with external partners, as well as support for local and global HR projects
- Monitoring of interfaces, background processes, and system functions, as well as error analysis and sustainable issue resolution, including bug fixes
- Supporting release and change management – from planning and implementation through to quality assurance – as well as maintaining technical documentation
- Acting as a point of contact for HR, key users, and external Oracle HCM partners, as well as coordinating with internal and external stakeholders
What makes you a great fit
- Completed degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable IT qualification
- Solid hands-on experience in supporting, administering, and further developing Oracle Fusion HCM, ideally across several modules such as Core HR, Recruiting, or Compensation
- Comprehensive knowledge of system configuration, role and permission management, user management, and reporting; ideally also experience in release management, as well as with Oracle Integration Cloud, HCM Extracts, OTBI, and/or BI Publisher
- Good understanding of HR processes and how to efficiently map them in IT systems, combined with an enthusiasm for technical analysis and sustainable solutions
- Independent, structured, and meticulous way of working, as well as confidence communicating in both German and English
