The role requires strong knowledge of the Nigerian energy market, LNG value chain, regulatory environment, EPC contractors, IOCs, and commercial contract acquisition.

Manages front desk operations, welcomes guests, provides first-level customer assistance, handles documents and correspondence, and maintains tracking logs. Oversees office supplies, inventory, administrative staff, maintenance, cleanliness, budgets, databases, and confidential filing systems. Supports employee offboarding, country initiatives, and general administrative needs while coordinating with internal teams and maintaining high standards of integrity, organization, communication, and confidentiality.
