Process and audit multi-state payroll end-to-end for assigned properties, ensuring accurate, timely pay and regulatory compliance. Reconcile hours and earnings, manage deductions and garnishments, generate payroll and governmental reports, resolve pay discrepancies, and partner with HR, Finance, vendors, and agencies.

Provide frontline IT support to hotel staff via chat, email, phone, or in person. Troubleshoot hardware, software, VDI, IPTV, and basic-to-intermediate network issues. Install and maintain PCs, printers, peripherals, and approved software. Remotely resolve tickets, escalate complex problems, follow up for closures, attend trainings, and travel among Orlando/Apopka properties as required.

Manage daily cash operations and controls: retrieve and audit deposits, prepare bank deposits, reconcile cashier activity, administer petty cash, perform unannounced audits, maintain cash and deposit records, prepare over/short reports, handle foreign currency, and coordinate with banking and armored‑car services to safeguard hotel funds.
