Support Blue Yonder WMS implementation projects: gather and tune requirements, configure WMS, draft development specs (interfaces, labels, forms), test, train key users, manage Go-Live migrations, resolve incidents, document solutions, and support process improvements and reporting.

Lead regional operations for the Western Cape, managing resources, P&L, operational coordination, billing and contingency planning, driving cost reduction, customer satisfaction, and liaising with sales and service providers.

Lead sales and business development for air and ocean services: execute sales plans, prepare proposals, research and maintain client relationships, coordinate pricing and service delivery, manage documentation and MIS, and train and mentor the team to meet revenue targets.

Manage rollout of Rhenus TMS for administration and finance across APAC: lead finance-related configuration, gap analyses, testing, training, escalation resolution, stakeholder coordination, and project documentation while ensuring alignment with global financial standards.

Plan and schedule daily UK collections and deliveries, monitor vehicle movements, liaise with hauliers and customers, react to delays and re-plan work, maintain accurate shipment records in TMS, complete transport administration, prioritise time-critical shipments, support operations colleagues, and resolve transport-related issues to meet service levels and compliance requirements.
