What You Bring:
- Lead and coordinate activities related to operational finance aspects of Rhenus TMS and rollout across the APAC region.
- Sales/ Purchase invoice, GL code mapping, financial reporting, accruals, financial data maintenance, etc.
- Conduct and support financial gap analyses from existing to new system.
- Provide support as a TMS, finance expert, to resolve escalations from users.
- Conduct training sessions on administration and finance functionalities within Rhenus application landscape.
- Coordinate business requirements with relevant stakeholders for new developments, improvements and bug fixes.
- Testing of new feature releases to ensure it meets business requirements and functions as required.
- Create and maintain detailed project documentation (timeline, plannings, allocation plan, etc.)
- Ensure alignment with global operational financial standards in all applicable countries.
Skills Required
- Deep knowledge and experience with Rhenus Transport Management System (TMS) and Rhenus application landscape
- Expertise in sales and purchase invoicing, GL code mapping, accruals, and financial reporting
- Ability to perform financial gap analyses between existing systems and new TMS
- Experience resolving user escalations as a TMS finance subject-matter expert
- Experience conducting training sessions on administration and finance functionalities
- Ability to gather and coordinate business requirements with stakeholders for developments and bug fixes
- Experience testing new feature releases to ensure they meet business requirements
- Project management skills: create and maintain timelines, plans, and allocation plans
- Knowledge of global operational financial standards and ability to ensure alignment across countries
