Manage an approximately $3 million commercial insurance book, including renewals, endorsements, certificates, client service, carrier marketing, coverage placement, and inbound new business. The role independently serves contractor, workers compensation, landlord, and other commercial accounts while identifying cross-selling opportunities. Success requires strong client communication, sound coverage judgment, multi-carrier marketing experience, and the ability to work onsite in a boutique agency environment.
