We are currently looking for a Commercial Lines Producer with an entrepreneurial vision to drive new business growth as we expand our commercial division. Key Responsibilities
- Meet new business activity and quality appointment goals through networking, various industry events and prospecting.
- Be willing and able to travel to visit clients throughout the year.
- Research prospects and create customized messaging for prospects.
- Think like a business owner to use an entrepreneurial mindset to build a scalable sales business plan
- Develop solid relationships with clients, team and underwriters

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- 3+ years of sales experience in an insurance brokerage with proven track record of sales success with an active Property & Casualty insurance license(s)
- Strong knowledge of Property & Casualty insurance
- Highly motivated, goal oriented, hungry and driven to achieve individual sales goals.
- Superior communication, negotiation, presentation, organization and listening skills
- Strong customer focus and follow up skills
- Growth mindset is a must.
