Lead end-to-end planning and execution of Cast Engagement initiatives across Hong Kong Disneyland. Coordinate stakeholders, manage timelines, budgets and vendors, develop communications, presentations and multimedia recaps, analyze engagement data and feedback to recommend improvements, and introduce creative, AI-enabled solutions to enhance Cast experience.

Provide legal support for content development, production, acquisition and distribution in Japan for Disney's streaming and channels businesses. Draft, negotiate and review agreements, advise on chain of title and IP issues, manage talent contracts, counsel business executives, coordinate with APAC/global legal teams, and manage outside counsel.

Design, implement, and maintain scalable platform services and data pipelines supporting media workflows. Build media processing, security, and content-management solutions on cloud infrastructure. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, provide production support, and mentor junior engineers to improve reliability, performance, and automation of content supply-chain systems.

Lead a Technology strategic sourcing team to develop and execute category strategies, run complex sourcing and negotiations, manage suppliers and performance, and deliver savings, risk mitigation, and procurement process improvements while partnering with senior stakeholders and coaching a distributed team.
