Supports HR data and records management using Workday, including HCM transactions, payroll and leave data, academic appointments, salary planning, reporting, audits, and corrections. Responds to departmental policy and process questions, resolves HR and payroll issues, validates documentation, maintains data integrity, meets service-level deadlines, and supports business process testing and team operations.

Manages prospective student relationships for Flex MBA and MS in Finance programs from initial inquiry through enrollment. Maintains modeling standards, quality-checks analyses, and translates technical findings into concise recommendations for senior leadership, enterprise councils, Cabinet, and Board discussions.

Leads global sales and revenue growth for Executive Education programs. Develops B2B sales strategies, cultivates relationships with organizational decision-makers and strategic partners, manages prospective clients through the sales pipeline, conducts consultative sales meetings, supports custom proposals and contract negotiations, and monitors CRM activity, enrollment pipelines, forecasts, and revenue performance.

Provides front-office and departmental administrative support, including calendar and meeting coordination, visitor and vendor communication, website updates, event planning, facilities coordination, recruitment support, email management, data entry, purchasing, invoice processing, and records maintenance. The role serves as the primary contact for the Department of Statistics and Data Science and coordinates with university partners, vendors, faculty, students, and staff.

Provides strategic leadership and operational oversight for graduate and international law programs. Oversees academic quality, recruitment, admissions, student success, global partnerships, alumni engagement, advancement, budgeting, assessment, and staff supervision. Collaborates with faculty, university leaders, external partners, and international institutions to strengthen program effectiveness, student outcomes, and the law school’s global reach.

Provides first- and second-level technology support for Facilities employees, troubleshooting hardware, software, network, printing, mobile, audiovisual, and facilities management systems. Maintains technology inventories, licensing, asset records, and documentation; supports deployments, upgrades, testing, procurement, and lifecycle planning. Develops training and user materials, assists with onboarding, prepares operational reports and dashboards, and contributes to process improvement, emergency support, and technology implementation projects.
