Position SummaryThe Assistant Director of Enrollment Management, Flex Programs engages, cultivates, and converts working professionals for the Flex MBA and the newly launched Flex MS in Finance. Part-time enrollment is an important component of the school’s long-term financial model, and this role serves on the front line of that effort, building relationships with prospective students and helping them navigate an important career and educational decision.
Reporting to the Director of Flex Graduate Enrollment Management, the Assistant Director manages candidate relationships from initial interest through enrollment, proactively develops new prospects through direct outreach and employer engagement, and represents both programs at virtual and in-person events. The role directly supports annual enrollment and revenue objectives for the Flex MBA and helps build and grow demand for the Flex MSF.
The ideal candidate is goal-oriented, personable, and collaborative; listens before pitching; builds rapport quickly; and follows through completely. Consultative sales and business development backgrounds are as welcome as admissions experience. The position is expected to develop a deep understanding of the Flex student experience and curriculum, including participation in the Flex MBA program as professional development when appropriate and eligible under University policies.
