Support warehouse operations: organize and identify stored materials, verify received products, pick and separate items, label products, update inventory in ERP (TOTVS), perform cycle counts, maintain cleanliness, report discrepancies, assist Supply Chain administrative tasks, and follow Quality, Safety, Environmental, and Compliance procedures.

The Coal Quality Tester will conduct coal testing, operate lab equipment, validate results, maintain quality standards, and prioritize safety. Previous coal testing experience is preferred.

Support the Reports/Data team by organizing physical study documentation, tabulating study data, scanning documents, and collecting signatures for reports. Perform basic Office tasks, communicate clearly, and work collaboratively in a laboratory reporting environment.

Lead operational workforce analytics: produce reports, dashboards and forecasts of demand, capacity, productivity and absenteeism; identify deviations and risks; propose action plans; ensure data quality and automation of controls; support management decisions with quantitative analyses; participate in continuous improvement and present management reports.

Perform accurate entry, management and collation of technical laboratory data; provide administration, reception and laboratory support; communicate results to clients and internal teams; meet deadlines under high sample volumes and tight turnaround times.

Drive international growth for ALS geochemistry services by identifying markets, generating leads, building partner and client relationships, managing pipelines, developing proposals and go-to-market strategies, expanding service scope across business streams, coordinating internal stakeholders, analyzing win rates, and supporting marketing and client feedback. Requires technical lab knowledge, sales experience, and frequent travel.

Manage payroll and statutory filings (SGK, tax, Muhtasar/1003B), administer pension and private health insurance, maintain personnel records, produce monthly HR reports, support recruitment, onboarding and orientation, and participate in HR projects and process reporting to ensure legal compliance and organizational alignment.
