- Elaborar relatórios e acompanhar o planejamento operacional, considerando demanda, capacidade, produtividade e disponibilidade de recursos.
- Elaborar agenda de estudos
- Realizar análises de volume, capacidade, produtividade, absenteísmo, aderência e demais indicadores operacionais.
- Desenvolver e acompanhar indicadores e dashboards para suporte à gestão.
- Identificar desvios entre planejado x realizado, analisando causas e propondo planos de ação.
- Realizar projeções de demanda e necessidade de recursos, apoiando decisões relacionadas a escalas, equipes e capacidade operacional.
- Monitorar diariamente os resultados da operação e sinalizar riscos.
- Criar e aprimorar controles, relatórios e ferramentas de acompanhamento, buscando maior automatização e confiabilidade dos dados.
- Apoiar a gestão na tomada de decisões por meio de análises quantitativas e recomendações baseadas em dados.
- Participar de projetos de melhoria contínua, revisão de processos.
- Garantir a qualidade, consistência e atualização das bases de dados utilizadas nos indicadores e análises.
- Preparar apresentações e reportes gerenciais com resultados, análises críticas, riscos e oportunidades.
- Atuar de forma consultiva junto às lideranças, contribuindo para a evolução dos processos e resultados da operação.
