- İşe alım ve oryantasyon eğitimlerini planlamak,

Eligibility
To be eligible to work at ALS you must be a Citizen or Permanent Resident of the country you are applying for, or either hold or be able to obtain, a valid working visa.

Skills Required
- Process and manage payroll, monthly payroll and accruals
- Ensure compliance with Turkish labor regulations and report to government bodies (Ministry of Labor, SGK, İŞKUR)
- Execute Muhtasar and 1003B filings and timely SGK and tax declarations
- Administer BES (private pension) and private health insurance processes
- Prepare monthly HR reporting and payroll-related reports
- Maintain and organize employee personnel files and follow personnel processes
- Experience in recruitment processes or willingness to learn (preferred)
- Plan and coordinate recruitment and orientation trainings
- Participate actively in HR projects and process improvement initiatives
