Leads procurement and supply chain activities across at least three French life sciences laboratories. Responsibilities include ERP implementation, inventory planning, centralized purchasing, supplier management, contract negotiation, delivery coordination, cost savings, KPI tracking, sustainability, and team leadership. The role partners with laboratory, finance, operations, and European procurement leaders to improve supply reliability, reduce costs, and implement standardized procurement processes.

Provides client support for an environmental laboratory by handling enquiries, quotations, sample receipt and dispatch coordination, container orders, and quality investigations. The role communicates with internal and external stakeholders, supports urgent sample processing, assists with sample sorting and labelling, and contributes to team priorities. Strong customer service, communication, organisation, multitasking, attention to detail, computer skills, flexibility, and willingness to learn laboratory safety protocols are required.

Actively recruit and schedule research participants by telephone and internal tools. Respond to participant questions, complaints, and scheduling requests through phone and WhatsApp. Register participants in company systems, maintain tracking spreadsheets and forms, monitor study enrollment progress, and provide reception support with participant inquiries and appointments.

Develop new business and grow ALS’s Food services portfolio across assigned Italian territories. Responsibilities include identifying market opportunities, acquiring customers, managing existing accounts, driving retention and cross-selling, meeting sales KPIs, promoting services, attending industry events, preparing market reports, and collaborating with internal teams.

Responsibilities include consultative selling, closing sales, preparing quotations, forecasting revenue, meeting territory goals, delivering client presentations, attending trade shows and events, and maintaining sales reports. The role requires environmental or technical sales experience, strong relationship-building and communication skills, CRM familiarity, and extensive travel.
