Responsabilidades e atribuições:
- Captação e Agendamento de participantes de forma ativa via telefone e demais ferramentas internas, para realizar as pesquisas;
- Atender as pessoas participante receptivo via telefone e ferramenta de WhatsApp, para resolução de dúvidas, reclamações, agendamentos entre outros;
- Cadastrar novos participantes em sistema;
- Preencher planilhas e formulários de controle do setor;
- Acompanhar inclusões de participantes nos estudos, para garantir e entregar os participantes necessários;
- Suporte na Recepção para tirar dúvidas, agendar participantes e outras ações
Exemplo de tipo de trabalho: pessoas que fazendo atendimento ao cliente em call centers ativo, receptivo ou backoffice, atividades ligadas a vendas ativas de produtos ou cobranças, entre outros
