PROPOSITO DEL PUESTO:
Responsable de ingresar la información proporcionada por el cliente al MyLims, recopilar, ingresar y/o generar información requerida por el cliente, así como dar seguimiento a los entregables del proyecto con el fin de asegurar el cumplimiento y entrega dentro de los plazos establecidos.
RESPONSABILIDADES Y ALCANCE:
- Ingresar la información proporcionada por el cliente al sistema MyLims asegurándose de cumplir con los tiempos establecidos sin afectar el TAT.
- Generar carpetas con la información requerida por el cliente o proyecto al cual corresponde sus servicios
- Dar seguimiento a los entregables correspondientes al proyecto, asegurando la trazabilidad de la información que se encuentra en las carpetas de la red.
- Actuar según las políticas de Seguridad y Medio Ambiente de ALS para obtener resultados confiables según los objetivos y metas definidos por el SGI.
