Serve as HR advisor for ~300 employees at ALS Germany: counsel managers on HR policies, employee relations, works council negotiations, performance and talent management, change initiatives, training and succession planning, HR projects, and workforce planning while collaborating with German and global HR teams.

Maintain and reconcile the general ledger, prepare complex journal entries, support month- and year-end close, produce financial reports compliant with GAAP/IFRS, coordinate audits, analyze variances, and drive accounting process improvements and system automation.

Support planning and delivery of integrated B2B marketing campaigns for food testing services. Create content and collateral, manage digital channels and events, liaise with sales and external suppliers, track analytics, conduct market research, and maintain brand consistency while managing multiple projects.

Lead site safety governance by championing hazard reporting, conducting inspections and walkthroughs, partnering with Operations/HSE/Maintenance to close hazards, managing compliance trackers and HSE portals, supporting medical appointments, and driving risk assessment projects and monthly HSE playbooks.

Support warehouse operations: organize and identify stored materials, verify received products, pick and separate items, label products, update inventory in ERP (TOTVS), perform cycle counts, maintain cleanliness, report discrepancies, assist Supply Chain administrative tasks, and follow Quality, Safety, Environmental, and Compliance procedures.

The Metals Analyst conducts instrumental analysis of environmental samples using various technologies, prepares standards, troubleshoots systems, maintains documentation, and ensures quality control in a laboratory environment.

Provide technical support as the main contact for installation, configuration, and troubleshooting user requests in a corporate environment, including managing Active Directory and maintaining network and server operations.
