PROPOSITO DEL PUESTO:
Proporcionar y soportar la atención a los requerimientos del cliente, interactuando con las distintas áreas involucradas de la organización con el fin de garantizar el cumplimiento de los acuerdos de servicio pactado.
RESPONSABILIDADES Y ALCANCE:
- Realizar los procesos comerciales, asegurando la creación de estos sin observaciones para la realización del servicio conforme a la solicitud del cliente.
- Recepcionar, atender las quejas de los clientes, asegurando el cumplimiento de acuerdos de niveles de servicio. (ANS)
- Coordinar las solicitudes con los clientes referentes a monitoreo, envío de materiales, recojo de muestras, cambios en el monitoreo, a fin de garantizar la satisfacción del cliente.
- Asegurar el cumplimiento de la ejecución del trabajo en campo con la OS, realizar las actualizaciones en los procesos comerciales de las eventualidades que se generen durante la ejecución del servicio.
- Coordinar con las áreas involucradas la disponibilidad de equipos, personal, materiales, para la realización del servicio.
- Valorizar los servicios brindados a fin de obtener la aprobación del cliente para asegurar la facturación.
- Registrar las consultas, quejas, de los clientes, para mantener estadísticas de incidencias a fin de garantizar mejoras en los servicios brindados.
- Hacer seguimiento de la entrega del informe final al cliente dentro de los plazos acordados.
