Lead development and community support of NeuroGalaxy, maintain and debug a large open-source codebase, manage GitHub contributions, produce documentation and tutorials, estimate and analyze compute usage on DRAC/Mila GPU clusters, train and benchmark neuro-foundation models, and collaborate with academic and industry partners.

Provide academic support for Management Accounting (ACCT 361/455): answer student emails, hold appointment-only office hours, lead Friday tutorials and exam review sessions, and supervise exam grading. Total 117.5 hours per term.

Provide HR advice to managers and staff on policies, recruitment, compensation, performance and labour relations. Oversee local HR operations, manage disability and grievance processes, conduct job audits and Workday transactions, and supervise a nine-person HR/administrative team while liaising with central HR.

Provide administrative and on-site support for workshops, conferences, meetings and special events, including coordination, data entry, room bookings, communications, and guest services.

Provide part-time administrative support: update website and databases, assist student onboarding, maintain lab and personnel lists, collect and validate reporting data, liaise with faculty/students/staff, support events, and perform routine office tasks and process improvements.

Design graphics and social media content, build and edit accessible webpages in McGill's WMS (Drupal), translate content to French, proofread site copy and links, coordinate with IT to fix site issues, and stay current on WMS updates and policies.
