Provides entrepreneurship advising, commercialization expertise, coaching, and mentorship to digital health researchers and startup teams. Evaluates submissions, identifies commercially promising technologies, supports lean startup development plans, facilitates clinical, investor, accelerator, and industry connections, and advises on funding, regulatory pathways, technology transfer, licensing, and partnerships. The advisor also promotes the InnovSante program, participates in team selection, and delivers workshops on health technology innovation and entrepreneurship.

Leads major-gift fundraising for McGill’s Faculties of Education, Law, and Schulich School of Music. Develops fundraising strategies, manages a portfolio of approximately 75 high-capacity prospects, cultivates donor relationships, closes gifts of $500,000 or more, advises faculty leaders and alumni officers, coordinates volunteers, develops cases for support, and records prospect activity. Requires strong leadership, communication, relationship-building, planning, judgment, and bilingual French-English skills.

Teaching Assistant for Introduction to International Development. Responsibilities include leading conference sections, holding student consultations and office hours, attending lectures, grading papers and exams, consulting with the instructor, and helping prepare course materials. The role requires in-person campus work during the Fall 2026 term and is open to McGill graduate students in good academic standing with effective English communication skills.

Teach and support students in the Natural Disasters course by attending lectures, delivering occasional lectures, holding office and tutorial hours, mentoring students, preparing and grading assignments and exams, invigilating midterms, and managing assignment logistics. Duties may be performed online. Applicants must be McGill graduate students, preferably in Earth and Planetary Sciences, and authorized to work in Canada.
