The Development Associate supports the Vice President's fundraising efforts by managing donor workflows, drafting communications, and maintaining CRM data accuracy while providing administrative support to the AVP.

Manage acquisitions and resource workflows for library collections: place orders, receive materials, process invoices, lead eBook and EBA programs, generate usage and financial reports, troubleshoot access, and provide frontline patron and outreach services.

Support digitization, processing, and description of physical and born-digital archives. Create and manage metadata (using ArchivesSpace and JSTOR DSS), assist the digitization facility and student staff, coordinate research requests, maintain workflows and quality control, and ensure long-term integrity and accessibility of digital records.

Serve as liaison to science departments, providing course-integrated instruction, research consultations, collection development, and data literacy support. Collaborate with faculty and LTS on data discovery, visualization, management, OER/Open Access, and digital scholarship initiatives to support teaching and research.
