Translate external consultants' recommendations into practical team solutions.

Provide premium 24/7 VIP support via chat, email and phone, handling night shifts and rotating schedules. Resolve complex issues, escalate high-priority technical cases, monitor accounts, meet KPIs, and ensure smooth shift handovers.

Manage and grow relationships with VIP/high-value clients by acting as primary contact, providing personalized service, monitoring activity and KPIs, identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities, coordinating with internal teams, resolving escalations, and developing retention strategies to drive revenue and lifetime value.
