Middle .NET Developer

• Deliver backend development initiatives;

• Write clean, readable, maintainable, and well-structured code;

• Coordinate cross-team interactions and dependencies within assigned initiatives;

• Take ownership of assigned initiatives under the Tech Lead’s review;

• Contribute to the reliability, performance, and maintainability of production systems.

• 3+ years of commercial backend development experience with C# / .NET 6+, .NET Core, and ASP.NET Core;

• Deep understanding of microservices architecture and distributed systems;

• Advanced experience with asynchronous communication and event-driven architecture;

• Experience working with message brokers such as Kafka or similar;

• In-depth knowledge of relational databases, including SQL, transactions, indexing, and performance optimization; PostgreSQL is an advantage;

• Advanced experience with ORM tools, such as Entity Framework;

• Experience writing unit and integration tests;

• Advanced knowledge of authentication and authorization, including OAuth 2.0 and OpenID Connect;

• Understanding of software design principles, including SOLID, separation of concerns, and testability;

• Understanding of observability and monitoring in production systems. 

• Strong sense of ownership and accountability;

• Ability to work independently on both trivial and non-trivial initiatives;

• Effective cross-team coordination and collaboration;
