Provide hands-on operational support for US-based clients (onboarding, platform adoption, locator support). Perform day-to-day tasks, analyze trends and KPIs, investigate issues, improve SOPs and onboarding, document processes, and coordinate with teams to resolve client issues while sharing insights with management and engineering.

Provide phone and live chat support, answer product and account questions, guide users through the platform, resolve or escalate issues, learn internal software, and deliver professional, friendly customer experiences.

Develop and maintain scalable backend systems and REST APIs in C#/.NET, optimize SQL Server databases, troubleshoot production issues, and use AI-assisted development tools to accelerate delivery while maintaining code quality.
