Mentor engineers, review code, document decisions, and support reliable releases across cloud and Kubernetes environments.

Owns relationships with retail and institutional investors across onboarding, conversion, reinvestment, and retention. Builds investor pipelines, leads consultative conversations, explains investment returns and risks, drives asset fill rates, and develops investor-relations processes from the ground up. Coordinates with internal teams, tracks feedback, and manages performance against conversion, reinvestment, pipeline, retention, and NPS metrics.
