Ghanem builds technology for real estate investment in Saudi Arabia. Our platform brings together investor onboarding, identity verification, investment opportunities, wallets, payments, and portfolio management. We build customer experiences across mobile and web, alongside the operational tools and integrations that support the investment lifecycle.
The Role
We are looking for a Senior Fullstack Engineer to own complete features across our Flutter applications, React web applications, and Java services, from design through production. You will turn investment and operational requirements into clear user experiences backed by secure, reliable APIs. This is a hands-on role combining frontend craft, backend depth, product judgment, and mentorship.
Our Engineering Environment
Java 21, Spring Boot, PostgreSQL, Redis, Flyway, Maven, Docker, and OpenTelemetry. Services run on Google Cloud and Kubernetes, with GitHub Actions and Argo CD supporting delivery. Our client applications use Flutter and React with TypeScript.
What You Will Do
• Deliver complete features across Flutter and Dart applications, React and TypeScript interfaces, Spring Boot APIs, and PostgreSQL for onboarding, investment checkout, wallets, portfolios, and operations workflows.
• Build accessible interfaces for mobile and web with reusable Flutter widgets and React components, reliable state and data fetching, validated forms, and clear loading and error states; support Arabic and English layouts.
• Build and maintain REST APIs and integrations with identity, banking, payment, and KYC/AML providers, including authentication, webhooks, and scheduled processing.
• Protect financial correctness through clear transaction boundaries, precise monetary calculations, idempotency, concurrency control, and traceable state changes.
• Design PostgreSQL schemas and safe Flyway migrations; investigate query performance and use Redis caching and distributed coordination where appropriate.
• Write maintainable code and meaningful tests using Flutter widget and integration tests, React Testing Library and Vitest, and JUnit, Testcontainers, and WireMock for backend integration.
• Own production behavior: add useful telemetry, investigate failures, support releases, and resolve root causes with DevOps and SDET colleagues.
• Review code, document important design decisions, mentor engineers, and improve existing systems through focused, practical refactoring.

You deliver complete features across Flutter, React, and backend services, with usable interfaces and reliable financial behavior. You improve mobile and web performance and accessibility, and leave the applications easier to test and maintain. Your reviews and mentorship improve the engineering work around you.
Requirements
What You Will Bring
• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience, with hands-on delivery across mobile and web frontends and Java and Spring Boot backends.
• Strong React, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS skills, including component design, forms, state management, API integration, accessibility, and browser debugging.
• Strong Flutter and Dart skills, including reusable widgets, state management, navigation, API integration, and debugging on iOS and Android.
• Strong SQL and PostgreSQL skills, with a sound understanding of transactions, isolation, data modeling, indexes, and schema migration.
• Experience designing REST APIs and integrating external systems, including asynchronous callbacks, timeouts, retries, and failure recovery.
• Working knowledge of authentication and authorization, secure handling of sensitive data, and testing of business-critical behavior.
• Experience with automated testing, Git-based collaboration, CI/CD, and containerized applications; ability to debug across application and infrastructure boundaries.
• Evidence of independently delivering complex features, making clear tradeoffs, and supporting other engineers through reviews and mentorship.
Nice to Have
• Experience with fintech, investment platforms, wallets, payment reconciliation, or other systems that require auditable financial records.
• Familiarity with Saudi identity and financial integrations, such as Nafath, payment gateways, or banking APIs.
• Experience with GCP, Kubernetes, Redis, OpenTelemetry, React Admin, or mobile app build and release pipelines.
