Assist in monitoring and maintaining network infrastructure, configure and troubleshoot routers and switches under supervision, prepare and update network documentation and SOPs, support implementations, upgrades, and routine maintenance, and collaborate with the Network team to ensure secure operations.

Design, build, and maintain ELT data pipelines (preferably using Oracle Data Integrator). Create scalable data models, ensure data quality and security, perform analysis and visualizations, troubleshoot integrations, and keep documentation current while evaluating new data technologies.

Design, build, and maintain ELT pipelines and on-premises data warehouses/data lakes using Oracle Data Integrator. Develop scalable data models, enforce data security and access controls, partner with stakeholders on data requirements, analyze and visualize data, troubleshoot integration issues, and maintain documentation while staying current on data technologies.

Monitor network availability and performance, perform initial troubleshooting and escalate issues, execute routine changes and patch updates, assist with device configuration and installation, and maintain logs, reports, and documentation.

Provide IT support and administration: troubleshoot end-user systems, manage Active Directory/Entra and Office 365 environments, deploy/configure hardware and devices, maintain inventory and warranties, document procedures, coordinate vendor tech support, and support networking, wireless, and conferencing systems.

Lead and execute software quality assurance activities including manual and automated testing, API and database testing, test-plan documentation, defect management, and mentoring the SQA team. Collaborate with developers and participate in UAT, client site visits, and release activities; design test suites for functional and performance testing.
