The Role
Lead and execute software quality assurance activities including manual and automated testing, API and database testing, test-plan documentation, defect management, and mentoring the SQA team. Collaborate with developers and participate in UAT, client site visits, and release activities; design test suites for functional and performance testing.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
- 3 to 4 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance including experience of leading a SQA team.
- Experience and proficiency in manual/ automated testing, approaches/techniques, and concepts.
- Hands-on testing experience of REST & SOAP APIs (POSTMAN, SOAPUI).
- Knowledge of agile development methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, or Lean.
- Mentor and develop team members to enhance their technical and professional skills.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and develop team members.
- Experience with automation testing, automation test scripts, framework design, and implementation (Selenium, TestNG) is a plus.

Skills Required
