Assist in monitoring and maintaining network infrastructure, configure and troubleshoot routers and switches under supervision, prepare and update network documentation and SOPs, support implementations, upgrades, and routine maintenance, and collaborate with the Network team to ensure secure operations.

Requirements

- Basic knowledge of Networking Fundamentals, OSI & TCP/IP models, and IP Addressing & Subnetting.
- Understanding of Routing (Static, Default Routes) and Switching concepts (MAC Table, VLANs, Trunking).
- Familiarity with ARP, ICMP, DNS, and DHCP.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Visio/draw.io, MS Excel, and MS Word.
- Good analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
Skills Required
