Drive B2B sales of industrial and enterprise networking devices (routers, switches, gateways, modems). Conduct market research, build long-term customer relationships, prepare commercial offers and contracts, collaborate with technical teams, and represent the company at exhibitions and meetings to meet sales targets.

Lead and unify group‑level technical support across Teltonika: define standards, SLAs, escalation models, and support technologies; align local and global teams; optimize processes; ensure global coverage and collaborate with R&D and product teams to scale and improve support delivery.

Provide technical expertise and support for Teltonika networking products: troubleshoot customer configurations, integrate devices, prepare documentation, run trainings, liaise with R&D, and work hands-on with Linux/OpenWRT, networking protocols, VPNs, Wi‑Fi, and industrial telecom interfaces.

Support and integrate Teltonika telematics GNSS devices (Bluetooth, CANbus, RS232/RS485, 1-Wire) for vehicle use cases; arrange technical tasks for custom development, troubleshoot via ticketing and meetings, coordinate with R&D/QA/PM, produce docs/training, and visit clients for implementations.

Design, develop, and maintain routing, switching and wireless solutions for networking equipment; implement and integrate REST APIs; debug firmware and network device code; fix open-source/internal apps (C, Shell, Lua); collaborate with frontend, UI/UX, and QA; participate in code reviews and release cycles.

Lead the product vision and commercialization for a global OEM Data Aggregation Platform. Own strategy, market opportunities, and partnerships; work with OEMs, data providers, and engineering to prioritize integrations and deliver API-driven solutions. Support sales, present to customers and executives, represent the product at industry events, and drive cross-functional execution from requirements to releases.

Lead HR strategy for the Networking Solutions business unit: workforce planning, talent management, organizational design, performance and leadership development, succession planning, HR process standardization, employee safety, and data-driven HR improvements to support business growth.

The Chief of Staff will enhance operational execution within the IoT organization, coordinating initiatives across various functions and C-level executives to ensure project completion and efficiency.
