We are looking for a Sales Specialist to strengthen our ambitious sales team in İstanbul, Turkey. You will work with the leading telematics solutions in the world and master your B2B technical sales skills.


Teltonika’s Telematics business unit develops and produces easy-to-use GPS tracking devices for effective fleet management in logistics, agriculture, car sharing, construction, and more. Using the latest technologies, Teltonika sets new standards for the telematics industry.


Teltonika provides an opportunity for every ambitious sales representative to improve their sales skills, develop comprehensive knowledge of products, and generate considerable earnings. 


In this role, you will:

  • Try to attract and search for new B2B level prospects in Turkish market.
  • Schedule meetings and presentations with prospects.
  • Make active cold-calling and customer visits regularly.
  • Track all sales activities in the company CRM system and keep current by updating account information regularly.
  • Maintain a well-developed pipeline of prospects.
  • Develop strong, ongoing relationships with prospects and customers.

What we expect of you:

  • Native Turkish speaker with a good command of English, both written and spoken
  • 1+ year of experience in B2B or technical sales
  • Experience in prospecting, lead generation, and building a sales pipeline
  • Ability to manage the sales cycle from first contact to closing
  • Proactive and results-oriented mindset with strong motivation for B2B sales
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build long-term client relationships
  • Experience working with CRM tools is a plus
  • Experience in technology or IoT-related products is a plus
