Investigates data and transactional-system defects, fixes issues using .NET and T-SQL, escalates complex problems to developers, and tracks work through ServiceNow and Jira. Collaborates in an agile team, participates in stand-ups, and works to reduce known software bugs across multiple sites.

Leads commercial development and sales leadership for environmental and circular-economy services.
