Supports investor engagement, fundraising, due diligence, investor communications, reporting, and relationship management. The role prepares presentations, financial models, performance data, capital-raising materials, and quarterly reports; maintains CRM and investor databases; coordinates investor requests and meetings; and ensures regulatory and contractual compliance. It partners with marketing, operations, legal, compliance, and investment teams while gradually taking ownership of investor-related workstreams.

Owns and develops business-critical finance applications, initially Stavpay and Kyriba. Responsibilities include application roadmaps, enhancements, incident and change management, releases, UAT, integrations, vendor coordination, access controls, segregation of duties, audit trails, and governance. The role partners with Finance, Fund Operations, Treasury, Technology, service desk, support teams, and external vendors to ensure reliable, secure, controlled, and fit-for-purpose systems.

Supports cyber security operations by monitoring security tools, investigating alerts and incidents, managing vulnerabilities, coordinating penetration testing, improving security controls, and producing risk reports. The role also contributes to threat intelligence, SOC detection use cases, incident response procedures, and security projects involving cloud technologies, integrations, and new capabilities.

Lead AI, data, cloud, and SaaS architecture across AWS, Azure, Snowflake, and Databricks. Establish architecture standards and guardrails, guide engineering teams, and provide technical leadership for complex platforms, APIs, and integrations. Advise senior stakeholders on vendors, build-versus-buy decisions, and technology investments. Ensure secure, resilient, scalable, cost-effective solutions that meet financial services regulations, including DORA and the EU AI Act.

Conduct information security risk assessments, evaluate controls, produce reports and dashboards, track remediation, and escalate unresolved risks. Maintain the Group Information Security Risk Framework and apply ISO 27001, NIST, CIS, PCI DSS, and DORA standards. Support third-party security assurance, supplier due diligence, audits, questionnaires, governance reporting, and security awareness initiatives while collaborating with security, IT, risk, compliance, and audit stakeholders.

Manage day-to-day administration of fund leverage repo/warehouse facilities, coordinate drawdowns/repayments/interest, maintain covenant and reporting trackers, liaise with banks, Fund Finance, Servicers and Capital Markets, and help build systems to track accounting and financial data.

Support Capital Allocation team by producing and maintaining investor and internal data reports, monitoring fund and investment performance, investigating trends and risks, responding to investor queries, and performing special analyses, forecasts, and business planning.

Support fund management decisions by building financial models, analysing performance and returns, monitoring portfolios, performing stress/sensitivity analyses, and translating data into clear insights for leadership. Drive modelling architecture improvements and assess BI/AI tools.
