Ensure internal controls, timely financial reporting, cash management, monthly operating reviews, CPA review readiness, DMS accuracy, Connecticut labor law compliance, and lead/managing office managers and AR staff.

Maintain accounts payable and receivable schedules and filing systems: set up vendors and W-9s, match and post invoices, prepare AR statements, receive payments, reconcile statements, issue checks, assist with 1099s, and follow company policies.
