Process and verify bi-weekly payroll: prepare/disburse checks, calculate overtime/taxes/deductions, run reports, correct errors, respond to payroll inquiries, maintain records (W-2s, tax deposits), ensure compliance, provide coverage, and handle related administrative duties.

Manage post-award financials for a portfolio of sponsored programs: reconcile invoices and accounts, prepare journal entries, monitor expenditures, perform financial analysis and ad-hoc reporting, track grant contracts, and communicate grant status to leadership and departments while ensuring GASB/FASB compliance.
