Develops and executes major-gift fundraising strategies for approximately 150 prospects, focusing on identifying, cultivating, soliciting, and stewarding donors contributing $5,000 or more. Manages donor portfolios, re-engages lapsed donors, leads employee giving campaigns, supports special events, and develops communications for donors, prospects, board members, and volunteers. Collaborates with foundation stakeholders to increase donor engagement and philanthropic contributions.

Leads annual and mid-level giving programs supporting hospital campus and campaign goals. Develops donor engagement, acquisition, retention, upgrade, segmentation, and stewardship strategies across individual, employee, and community audiences. Oversees multichannel campaigns, grateful patient fundraising, staff supervision, vendors, budgets, reporting, and compliance. Maintains donor data and partners with development, marketing, clinical, administrative, compliance, and IT teams to grow philanthropic revenue and donor participation.

Maintains and operates mechanical systems for steam generation, ventilation, and cooling, while ensuring compliance with safety and efficiency standards.

Manage post-award financials for a portfolio of sponsored programs: reconcile invoices and accounts, prepare journal entries, monitor expenditures, perform financial analysis and ad-hoc reporting, track grant contracts, and communicate grant status to leadership and departments while ensuring GASB/FASB compliance.

Performs maintenance and repairs on hospital equipment; conducts safety inspections, operates testing equipment, and follows operational protocols.
