Create and adjust production schedules to meet sales forecasts and customer delivery goals. Manage material planning, capacity and labor analysis, production priorities, and MRP/ERP processes. Provide phone- and email-based technical support for the Nexus Elevator Control System, troubleshooting electromechanical and control issues, guiding field technicians, documenting cases, coordinating with Engineering/Quality/Manufacturing, supporting installations, warranty evaluations, and creating technical documentation. Travel to customer sites when on-site troubleshooting or training is required.

Lead business architecture to translate strategy into scalable ERP/CPQ/CRM solutions, document processes and requirements, and drive integrations. Manage and mentor Business Analysis and IT QA teams, set QA and BA standards, establish KPIs, and coordinate priorities across projects to improve testing, requirements quality, and release readiness.

Support and maintain the site's Quality Management System, drive root-cause analysis and corrective actions, implement process improvements and quality controls, support ISO 9001 certification, analyze quality data, partner with cross-functional teams and suppliers, and provide training to reduce defects and Cost of Poor Quality in a manufacturing environment.

Develop, maintain, and debug real-time embedded software for elevator control systems. Collaborate with electrical/mechanical teams, support field testing and troubleshooting, document functionality, mentor junior engineers, and establish coding standards.

Process and post supplier invoices, expense transactions, and payments; reconcile vendor accounts; maintain AP records in Docuware; resolve invoice/PO discrepancies; assist with 1099 preparation; support internal departments and ensure compliance with company accounting policies and controls.
