Define and execute simulation plans, develop and maintain FE models, perform modal/FRF/TPA/dynamic stiffness analyses, drive topology/size optimization, correlate CAE with test data, support benchmarking and suppliers, and mentor junior engineers to meet NVH, stiffness, durability, weight, cost, and manufacturability targets.

Lead technical development and integration of Body-in-White and closures from concept through production. Act as SME for body structures, closures, sealing, hinges/latches, and manufacturability. Drive cross-functional integration, design reviews, supplier coordination, prototype builds, root-cause resolution, and mentor engineering teams while optimizing cost, mass, quality, and manufacturing readiness.

Design, implement and tune lateral and longitudinal motion controllers and trajectory-tracking for automated parking and low-speed maneuvers. Build and validate vehicle and actuator models, define control interfaces, produce production C/C++ embedded code, and validate changes in closed-loop simulation and on-track testing while collaborating with planning, perception, vehicle dynamics, safety, and suppliers.

Responsible for ensuring the safety and compliance of seat and restraint systems in vehicles, from design through testing. Provides expert guidance and resolves issues during critical development phases.
