Defines business problems, gathers and documents requirements, maps processes, performs gap analysis, and recommends technology solutions. Acts as a liaison between business stakeholders, IT, and vendors while supporting project planning, user acceptance testing, risk management, implementation, training, documentation, budgeting, and change management.

The Accountant prepares monthly accounts for various departments, handles reconciliations, investigates transactions, and manages expenses and VAT, ensuring timely completion and accuracy.
